Bananas and honey desert

4 bananas

4 tablespoons honey

4 tablespoons lemon juice

50 g dark chocolate

Peel the bananas cut them in half lengthwise and cut them up into plates. Then sprinkle them with lemon juice and honey. Then finely grated chocolate on top. Lemon juice can be replaced with lemon juice. This can be an easy and healthy dessert for kids. I recommend dark chocolate containing at least 45% of cocoa ingredients.

Bananas have a more pronounced and fuller taste with added lemon juice. And they remain bright and don’t oxidize.

When choosing honey, we take into account the variety of flavors, aromas, and colors that depend on the type of bee pasture. Darker honey types have a more intense, slightly bitter taste. Different types of honey also change the taste of dessert.

Each honey crystallizes after a certain time. Crystallization is the last form of honey that naturally preserves honey. Crystallized, well-enclosed honey can be stored in a dark place for several years. If we have crystallized honey we can heat it up around 40℃ and it will become liquid again.

Banana can be served with (chocolate) ice cream, whipped cream, sprinkled with (dry roasted) almonds, hazelnuts or pine nuts, honey can be substituted with good homemade jam, grated chocolate can be substituted with melted chocolate. There are really many possibilities, just give the imagination a free path.
